Ojuju is a bold display typeface designed by Chisaokwu Joboson and Mirko Velimirovic, with a reverse-contrast structure and rounded, heavy letterforms. Its upright shapes have wide counters, narrow apertures, and a compact rhythm that gives the typeface a playful but solid character. The forms are decorative rather than neutral, so readability is strongest in large sizes, short headings, posters, cultural graphics, album covers, and editorial titles. The design references African masquerade forms and 1970s African movie poster lettering without becoming script or serif-based. It is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
